ABBA meets Waterloo
9. juli 2010

It is going to be an exiting morning on the course in Aalborg
when Sweden goes up against France. Sweden was flying high in
yesterdays first day of match play where they were playing Belgium.
If it was their funny hats or all the Swedish fans on the course,
we don't know. But the reality is that the Swedish girls won both
foursomes and to singles. Only Emile Lundström had to give in to
Belgian Margaux Vanmol, who won her single. It was clear to see
that the French team got their confidence back after beating
Finland in the afternoon singles. Charpier and Boutier is up
against Tillström and Sagström in the first foursome. Celine
Boutier is at the top of her game and she finished best in the
individual stroke play with a total of -5. So will Volvo outrun
Peugeot? Or will Dior undress Björn Borg? Nobody knows. The only
thing we know is that the first foursome is teeing off tomorrow
morning at 7:56.
