How to get there
By car
Coming from the south of Aalborg leave the motorway by exit 28
"Aalborg syd" and follow route 187 towards Nibe. After 6 - 7 km.,
turn right at sign saying "Golfbane 3 km". Follow the signs to the
golf course.
By air
Copenhagen Airport www.cph.dk is the main airport in
Denmark with connections all over Europe.
There are domestic flights from Copenhagen to Aalborg - flying
time 40 minutes.
However, the airline servicing Aalborg cannot guarantee to carry
all luggage on the same flight as the passengers due to the size of
the aircraft. Please have your travel agency check this before
booking tickets.
Alternative transportation from Copenhagen Airport to Aalborg is
the train. It takes appr. 5 hours and leaves twice every hour from
the airport. Please check www.rejseplanen.dk for
departure times.
Billund Airport http://www.billund-airport.dk
is another airport with connections to several European cities. The
travel time to Aalborg by bus is 2 hours.
Bus transportation from and to Billund Airport will be arranged
for team arrivals on July 3rd and departures on July
11th.
